I’ve already seen fair progress in like a week or so yk! I rate the ppl x arnold plan as i love training in the gym so the greater number of training days satisfies me. My back is looking super sick as of late - maybe it’s the plan haha?
Tried so many random workouts before but this one actually has a structure that makes sense. Finally feel like I know what I’m doing in the gym instead of just guessing.
